The cost of parties and private classes varies based on the project choice and number of guests. For birthday parties the theme of the project can be picked by the guest of honor at the time of scheduling. For private parties we’ll develop a project with a specific theme decided upon by the event organizer at scheduling.

Watercolor class (recommended for adults and kids ages 12+) 4-6 attendees starts at $48 per person, 7-10 attendees starts at $45 per person.

Acrylic class (recommended for adults and kids ages 7+) 4-6 attendees starts at $60 per person, 7-12 attendees starts at $55 per person for 9x12 11x14, 12x12 stretched canvas. 16x20 stretched canvas add $5 per person.

Tempera class (recommended for kids 5-7) a fun day of painting with natural kid safe paints on canvas panels. $35 per attendee.

Acrylic kit class (recommended for adults and kids 12+) 4-6 attendees starts at $40 per person, 7-12 attendees starts at $35 per person. For this class each guest will receive their own pre made kit. If choosing the canvas option, each kit comes complete with a pre stenciled canvas panel, set of 24 paints, wooden palette, and brush to take home after the party. We’ll complete the painting together at the party. If choosing the paper option each guest will receive a kit that includes either 2 or 3 advanced paint-by-numbers pictures, a set of picture specific acrylic paint pots, and brush. The guest of honor gets to pick which painting will be taught for the class and the other pictures are to complete at home.

Mixed Media craft (recommended for adults and kids 6+) 4-6 attendees starts at $45-60 per person, 7-12 attendees starts at $40-55 per person depending on project. This selection will have a project with a theme of your choosing. Idea examples: block printing, air hardening clay bowls, natural or indigo dying, giant deckled edge paper flowers, collage, recycled journal making, nature weaving, making natural paint, eco printing (spring and summer), cyanotype printing. We will discuss the theme of your party with the organizer at scheduling and will create a project especially for your guests.

Other considerations:

Parties and private group classes will be scheduled for a three hour time slot of your choosing. If scheduling your event outside of our regular operating hours or if hosting at a location other than our store, there will be an additional $85 fee. If hosting both after hours and at separate location there will be an additional fee of $100.

For parties, decorations are welcome and we can even set them up for you for an additional $50 fee; please drop them off the day before your scheduled event. If you want to decorate without our assistance, please come at least one hour prior to party time.

We have one small mini fridge but that is the only cold storage available.

We have three six foot tables and chairs for 12.

Private Lessons

Private acrylic lesson fees start at $100 for one guest or $175 for two guests. This includes one day of lesson time for a three hour session, all in-class materials and supplies are included. Personal supplies to be used for lesson can be purchased for 20% off store price.

Regular weekly watercolor and drawing lessons start at $60 per week for one guest or $100 for two guests. This includes one 1.5 - 2 hour class per week for 4-6 weeks. All in- class materials and supplies are included. Personal supplies to be used for lessons can be purchased for 20% off store price.

Regular weekly acrylic lessons start at $90 per week for one guest or $150 for two guests. This includes one 1.5 hour class per week for 4-6 weeks. All in-class materials and supplies are included. Personal supplies to be used for lesson can be purchased for 20% off store price.

Regular weekly classes of a variety of activities (mixed media, drawing, sculpture, watercolor, acrylic, etc) start at $70 per week for one guest or $125 per week for two guests.
